Explanation of services to senior citizen

How it works?

1. Reservation 48 hrs prior.

  1. Customer calls to set up appointment
  2. Contact to confirm by viba

2. Eligibility

  1. Input Customer Information
  2. Customer to provide Time, Address and Phone where he is picked up and the Health Service Provider visiting.

3. Confirmation of Appointment

  1. Customer service will call customer to verify all information a day prior.
  2. If any information does not match it will be notified

4. Pick-Up

  1. Driver will be at customer address 30 to 90 minutes before the appointment
  2. Driver provides Viba dispatch number to customer to arrange pick up after health service is finished.

5. Follow Up

  1. An associate will do a follow up to enquire about the service received.
  2. Answering questions, complaints, at this time additional schedules may be confirmed.

6. Records and Reports

  1. Our drivers have to present a daily report for each customer. This report includes.
    1. Time
    2. Pick-Up and Drop-Of Locations
    3. Observations
    5. Questions that the clients have made to driver.

This information serves as a Quality Measurement Tool.
